Elevated Workspaces with Local Flair

We are different than other coworking spaces just walking in you will feel a positive vibe that is reinforced by our careful attention to detail in every corner of our open space. We offer local coffee from Oak Cliff Coffee Roasters and craft beer from Manhattan Project. We believe in helping local business become as big as they want to be and we provide the launchpad to make that possible. As true entrepreneurs the founders are here to make sure all your needs are met and happy to offer advice.

Our space

Our building has a rich history it started out as a bowling alley, on a quiet night some say you can still hear the pins fall. It was also an Arts & Craft building so creativity is in its DNA.

When Ric Moore one of our co-founders bought the building he used it as his photography studio shooting high fashion models long before Oak Cliff was cool, talk about a visionary. Then it became Venus Studio shooting commercial photography for brands like JCP and others then a bookstore called Ugly Duckling. It was also Common Desk’s second location and in our opinion the one with the most character.

Today the building is everything but ugly as it has been fully restored and is a mixture of industrial and modern. Our space has beautiful natural light coming in from every angle making it the ideal work environment. Our high ceilings, exposed brick walls and industrial metal beams with some of the original windows completes the look. Our furniture is a mixture of industrial with wood giving it a classic cool look. We also have a mixture of white noise and curated music to keep all your conversations private, so you can be more productive.

Come find out for yourself why working with natural light is the smart choice.
